Journal

The Journal is your private space to write and reflect. Nobody else can see what you write here — it's just for you.

Daily Prompts

Some days, you'll see a suggested topic or question to write about. This is just an idea to help you get started if you're not sure what to write.

You can:

  • Write about the suggested topic
  • Write about something completely different
  • Skip writing that day entirely

There's no right or wrong way to use your journal. It's your space.

Quick Help: If you don't feel like writing today, that's perfectly okay. The journal will be here whenever you're ready.

Reading Past Entries

Looking back at what you've written can be meaningful. Here's how:

  2. Look for a way to see previous days (you might need to scroll or tap a calendar icon)
  3. Tap on any date to read what you wrote

It can be lovely to look back and see your thoughts from earlier times.

Editing an Entry

  1. Open the entry you want to edit
  2. Tap on the text

  4. Save

Quick Help: You can always update your entries. Nothing is set in stone.

Your Privacy

Your journal is private. Here's what that means:

  • Only you can see what you write
  • Your entries are not shared with anyone
  • No one in your group can read your journal

This is your personal reflection space.

If You're Stuck

If your writing doesn't seem to save:

  • Try tapping "Save" again
  • Close the app and open it again
  • Check your journal — your words are usually still there

Nothing is lost. Your thoughts are safe.

If the journal feels overwhelming or you're not sure what to write, remember: you don't have to write anything. This feature is here if you want it, but there's no pressure.
