About Using the App
Can I use this app on different phones?
Yes! Just sign in with the same email and password on any phone, and you'll see all your information.
You can also use the app on a tablet or computer the same way.
What if I get a new phone?
Add the app to your new phone (follow the steps in Getting Started) and sign in with your email and password. Everything will be there waiting for you.
Quick Help: Your information isn't stored only on your phone. It's safely kept and will appear when you sign in anywhere.
Do I need to be connected to the internet?
Yes, you need an internet connection to:
- See new posts and updates
- Send messages
- Join events
- Watch videos in courses
Some things you've already looked at might still appear even without internet, but it's best to have a connection when using the app.
Does this app cost money?
This depends on your group's arrangement. If there's a cost involved, your group leader will let you know separately.
The app itself is free to add to your phone.
About Your Account
What if I forget my password?

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password". You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new one.
If the email doesn't arrive, check your junk or spam folder.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, usually in Settings under Account. If you can't find this option, your group leader can help.
Can I have more than one account?
Generally, you only need one account. If you're part of multiple groups, ask your group leader how this works for your situation.
About Privacy
Can other people see what I write in my journal?
No. Your journal is completely private. Only you can see what you write there.
Who can see my posts in the Community?
People in your group can see your posts. The exact people who can see them depends on how your group is set up.
If you're unsure, you can ask your group leader.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Your information is stored securely and protected. We take your privacy seriously.
Can I delete my account?
If you want to delete your account and all your information, contact your group leader or support person. They can help you with this.
About Content
Can I download videos to watch later?
This depends on how your group has set things up. Usually, you watch videos inside the app while connected to the internet.
What if I accidentally delete something?
Most things can't be undeleted once removed, but that's okay. You can always create something new.
If you've deleted something important by mistake, contact your group leader — they might be able to help.
Why can't I see certain courses or content?
Some content might be:
- Only available to certain people
- Unlocked at a specific time
- Part of a paid offering
If you think you should be able to see something but can't, ask your group leader.
About Events and Appointments
What if I miss an event?
Don't worry. If the event was recorded, you might find the recording in the Events section later. If not, there will usually be other events you can join.
Can I cancel an appointment?
Yes, you can cancel your appointments. See the Appointments page for how to do this.
It's considerate to cancel as early as possible if you know you can't make it.
What if the video isn't working during an event?
This happens sometimes. Try:
- Leaving and joining again
- Closing the app and reopening it
- Checking your internet connection
If it still doesn't work, it's not your fault. Technology can be unpredictable.
About Notifications
Why am I getting notifications?
Notifications are reminders about:
- New messages
- Upcoming events
- New posts in the community
- Other updates
You can turn notifications off in Settings if you prefer not to receive them.
Why am I NOT getting notifications?
If you want notifications but aren't receiving them:
- Check that notifications are turned on in the app (in Settings)
- Check that your phone allows notifications from this app (in your phone's settings)
If you're still not getting them, it's okay — just remember to open the app regularly to check for updates.
