Getting Started
This page will help you add the app to your phone and sign in for the first time.
Adding the App to Your Phone
You can use this app right from your phone, just like any other app you have. Here's how to add it.
On iPhone

- Open Safari (the blue compass icon on your phone)
- Go to your app address (you'll receive this from your group leader)
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (it looks like a square with an arrow pointing up)
- Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen"
- Tap "Add" in the top right corner

Done! You'll see the app icon on your home screen.
Quick Help: If you don't see "Add to Home Screen" right away, scroll down in the menu — it's sometimes hidden further down.
On Android

- Open Chrome (the round, colourful icon)
- Go to your app address
- A small message may appear asking if you want to add the app
- Tap "Add to Home Screen"

Done! The app will appear with your other apps.
Quick Help: If the message doesn't appear, tap the three dots in the top corner and look for "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App".
Opening the App
Once you've added the app to your phone, simply tap the app icon on your home screen.

It works just like any other app. The first time you open it, you'll see the sign-in screen.
Signing In

If you already have an account:
- Tap "Sign In"
- Enter your email address
- Enter your password
- Tap the "Sign In" button
That's it! You're in.
Quick Help: Your email and password were given to you when you joined. Check your emails if you're not sure.
If You Forgot Your Password

Don't worry — this happens to many people.
- On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email address
- Tap "Send" or "Reset Password"
- Check your email for a message with instructions
- Follow the link in the email to create a new password
Quick Help: The email might take a minute or two to arrive. If you don't see it, check your junk or spam folder.
Creating a New Account

If you're new and don't have an account yet:
- Tap "Sign Up" or "Create Account"
- Enter your name
- Enter your email address
- Choose a password
- Tap "Sign Up"

You may receive a welcome email. After that, you can sign in and start using the app.
Quick Help: Choose a password you'll remember. It's private — nobody else can see it.
If You're Stuck
Don't worry — getting started with a new app can feel tricky at first.
You can try:
- Closing the app and opening it again
- Double-checking that your email address is typed correctly
- Using "Forgot Password" if you're unsure about your password
If it still doesn't work, it's okay to take a break and try again later. The app will still be there when you're ready.
