Community

The Community is where everyone shares updates, photos, and thoughts. Think of it like a group message board where people can post and respond to each other.

Viewing Posts​

To see what others have shared:

  1. Tap "Community" at the bottom of your screen
  2. Scroll up or down to see different posts
  3. Tap on any post to read more or see comments

Quick Help: New posts usually appear at the top. Scroll down to see older ones.

Creating a Post​

Want to share something with everyone?

  1. Look for the "+" button or "New Post" option
  2. Tap it
  3. Write what you'd like to say
  4. Add a photo if you want (this is completely optional)
  5. Tap "Post" or "Share"

Your message will appear for others to see.

Quick Help: You don't have to add a photo. Text-only posts work perfectly well.

Adding a Photo to Your Post​

  1. While creating your post, look for a camera or photo icon
  2. Tap it
  3. Choose a photo from your phone
  4. The photo will appear in your post
  5. Finish writing and tap "Post"

Quick Help: If you change your mind about the photo, you can usually tap it to remove it before posting.

Liking a Post​

See something you enjoy? Let the person know!

  1. Look for the heart icon below the post
  2. Tap it

That's all! The heart will change colour to show you've liked it. The person who wrote the post will know you appreciated it.

Quick Help: You can tap the heart again to unlike if you change your mind.

Writing a Comment​

  1. Tap on the post you want to comment on
  2. Find the comment box at the bottom
  3. Type your message
  4. Tap "Send" or the arrow icon

Your comment will appear below the post.

Quick Help: Take your time writing a comment. Nothing happens until you tap "Send".

Reading Comments​

To see what others have said about a post:

  1. Tap on the post
  2. Scroll down to see all the comments

Deleting Your Own Post​

If you change your mind about something you posted:

  1. Find your post
  2. Look for three small dots (⋮ or ⋯) near the top of your post
  3. Tap the dots
  4. Tap "Delete"
  5. Confirm you want to delete

It's gone! Don't worry — you can always post something new later.

Quick Help: You can only delete your own posts, not posts from other people.

Deleting Your Own Comment​

  1. Find your comment
  2. Tap and hold on it (press and keep your finger there for a moment)
  3. Tap "Delete" when the option appears
  4. Confirm

If You're Stuck​

If a post doesn't appear right away after you share it, give it a moment. Sometimes it takes a few seconds. You haven't done anything wrong — just wait and it should appear.

If it still doesn't show up:

  • Try going back to the home screen
  • Then return to Community
  • Your post should be there

It's okay to close the app and come back later if things feel confusing.
