Appointments
If you can book time with someone (like a coach, advisor, or group leader), this is where you do it.

Finding Appointments
- Look for "Appointments" in your menu or on your home screen
- Tap it to open

Seeing Available Times

When you open Appointments, you'll see when times are available:
- Available times are usually highlighted or shown as buttons you can tap
- Unavailable times might be greyed out or not shown at all
Quick Help: If you don't see any available times, the person you want to meet with might not have added their availability yet. Check back later.
Booking an Appointment

- Find a time that works for you
- Tap on it
- You may see some details about what the appointment is for
- Confirm your booking by tapping "Book" or "Confirm"

You'll receive a confirmation, and the appointment will appear in your schedule.
Quick Help: Once you book, the time is reserved for you. Don't worry about someone else taking it.
Viewing Your Appointments

To see the appointments you've already booked:
- Go to "Appointments"
- Look for "My Appointments" or "Upcoming"
- You'll see all the appointments you've booked
Each appointment shows:
- The date and time
- Who you're meeting with
- Any other details
Quick Help: Your upcoming appointments are usually shown first, so you always know what's next.
What Happens Before Your Appointment
Before your appointment:
- You may receive a reminder (if you have notifications turned on)
- When it's time, look for a way to join (this might be a "Join" button or a link)

Quick Help: It's a good idea to be ready a few minutes early, just in case.
Joining Your Appointment
When it's time:

- Open your appointment
- Tap "Join" or the button to enter
- You'll be connected to a video call with the other person
The video call works just like the events — you can turn your camera and microphone on or off.
Cancelling an Appointment
If your plans change and you can't make it:

- Find the appointment you want to cancel
- Tap on it to open the details
- Look for "Cancel" and tap it
- Confirm the cancellation
The person you were meeting will be notified automatically.
Quick Help: It's better to cancel than to simply not show up. This frees up the time for someone else.
Rescheduling
If you need to change to a different time:
- Cancel your current appointment
- Book a new one at a time that works better

Quick Help: You can always book again after cancelling. The available times will still be there.
If You're Stuck
If you're not sure whether your booking went through:
- Check "My Appointments" — if it's listed there, you're all set
- If it's not there, try booking again
Booking the same time twice won't cause any problems — the app will let you know if the time is already taken.
If you can't find a time that works, check back later. New availability is often added.
