Store

The Store is where you can see what's available on the platform — and see everything you've already purchased.

Opening the Store

Tap Store in the bottom navigation bar (the shopping bag icon, between Learn and Community).

Browse Tab

The Browse tab shows all the offerings currently available — things like courses, coaching packages, memberships, or token bundles.

Each offering shows:

  • The name and a short description
  • What's included (courses, coaching access, tokens, etc.)
  • How to purchase

Tap any offering card to see the full details and find out how to get access.

Quick Help: If you don't see anything in Browse, your group leader may not have published any offerings yet. Check back later.


My Access Tab

The My Access tab shows everything you've already purchased and what each purchase gives you.

Tap on any item to see exactly what content it includes and whether it's still active.

Quick Help: If you recently purchased something and it's not showing here, try logging out and back in to refresh your account.


Making a Purchase

When you find an offering you'd like:

  1. Tap on it to open the details
  2. Review what's included
  3. Tap the purchase button and follow the steps

Once your payment is confirmed, your access is added automatically. You'll see it appear in the My Access tab.


Tokens

Some offerings include tokens, which are used to book 1:1 coaching appointments. Your token balance is shown on your Profile page.

Quick Help: Tokens can only be used for booking appointments — they can't be transferred or refunded.


If You're Stuck

I purchased something but it's not showing in My Access:

  1. Wait a minute or two — access is applied automatically after payment is confirmed
  2. Log out and back in to refresh
  3. If it's still not there after a few minutes, contact your administrator with your payment confirmation

I can't find an offering I was told about:

  • Make sure you're on the Browse tab (not My Access)
  • Try pulling down to refresh the page
  • The offering may have been removed or isn't available yet — check with your group leader
